Google Classroom Integration: Pre-step - Adding eDynamic Learning App to Google workspace

  1. In your Google Workspace, go to Security > API Controls > App Access Control

  2. Click on Configure New App

  3. Search using this client id: 911628551308-ipc7dg72mun3ego0fhrsv4qq37e7v7lq.apps.googleusercontent.com

  4. Add this app for any organizational units that are planning to use our integration

  5. Select `Trusted` or `Limited` data access. `Trusted` will minimize number of end user consent screens down the road.

  6. Complete the installation

FAQ:

  1. Q: Is this necessary?

A: Google Administrators might choose to restrict their organizations from installing or using unknown integrations. It is a valuable security practice. However, to allow users to access our app via Google they need to add it to their allow list. If the customer workspace is restricted and this step is not completed, users will not be able to access our Google Classroom  Integration.

A: this should take about 2 minutes to configure

A: We do not store or share any Personally Identifiable Information collected from Google. We only access it to provide the integration to our users.
